Servo motor BSH of the Lexium 32 servo drive range. This BSH series of three-phase AC servo motors has a low rotor inertia, allowing for high acceleration capability for dynamic applications. Thanks to the winding technology, a higher power density is achieved in a compact design. This servo has a nominal continuous stall torque of 10 Nm and reaches a peak torque of 40.5 Nm. Its rated speed depends on the supply voltage and can be up to 3600 RPM. It has a voltage-dependent rated power of up to 2.6 kW. The built-in encoder is designed as a single turn with 128 cycles/revolution (128x1024) as SinCos Hiperface. The electrical connection is made via connectors 2x M23, angled and rotatable by 90°. For mounting, the motor flange is 100 mm. The drive shaft has a diameter of 24 mm. The shaft end is equipped with a feather key and conforms to the IP54 protection class. The motor housing is rated IP65. A holding brake is integrated. The Lexium series LXM32 servo amplifiers are recommended for operation of the synchronous motor.
