Description
The BSH series of Lexium 32 servo drives feature a three-phase AC servo motor with low rotor inertia that allows for high acceleration capabilities for dynamic applications. Thanks to its winding technology, a higher power density is achieved in a compact design. This servo has a nominal continuous standstill torque of 0.5 Nm and reaches a peak torque of 1.5 Nm. Its rated speed is up to 9000 rpm, depending on the supply voltage, with a voltage-dependent continuous rated power of up to 440 W. The built-in encoder is designed as a single-turn with 128 periods/revolution (128x1024) as a SinCos Hiperface. The electrical connection is made via 2x M23 connectors in a straight configuration. The motor flange is 55 mm for mounting. The drive shaft has a diameter of 9 mm. The shaft end is smooth and complies with the IP54 protection class. The motor housing complies with the IP65 protection rating. An holding brake is integrated. For the operation of the synchronous motor, the Lexium series LXM32 servo amplifiers are recommended.
