This integrated servo drive offers you a modular concept consisting of a drive unit, control unit, and connection modules, which are assembled as required for the respective applications. This BMI drive unit consists of the actual servo motor and the associated power stage. The maximum static torque of the servo motor is 7.31 Nm. A three-phase power supply with 208-480 VAC powers the servo, for which the power connection module VW3M9003 is required. The dimensions of the motor flange for mounting are 100 mm. The end of the motor shaft features a keyway, and the entire drive is designed for protection class IP65. The servo motor is composed of 3 power stages. The built-in Sin/Cos Hiperface absolute encoder is designed as a single turn with 16 periods per revolution (32768 points/rev). An integrated holding brake is included.
