Description
Drive unit of the integrated servo drive Lexium 32i. This integrated servo drive provides you with a modular concept consisting of a drive unit, control unit, and connection modules, which are assembled according to the respective applications. The BMI drive unit consists of the actual servo motor and the associated power stage. The servo motor's maximum holding torque is 7.31 Nm. A three-phase power connection with 208-480 VAC powers the servo, which requires the power connection module VW3M9003. For mounting, the dimensions of the motor flange are 100 mm. The end of the motor shaft is smooth and is designed for protection class IP54, while the motor housing is designed for IP65. The servo motor is composed of 3 power levels. The built-in Sin/Cos Hiperface absolute encoder is executed as a multiturn with 128 periods per revolution (131,072 Pts/R x 4096 revolutions). A holding brake is integrated.
