This BMI drive unit comprises the actual servomotor and the associated power stage. The maximum holding torque of the servo motor is 5.07 Nm. A single-phase power connection with 110-120/200-240 VAC powers the servo, for which the power connection module VW3M9001 is required. The mounting dimensions of the motor flange are 100 mm. The end of the motor shaft has a keyed shaft, and the entire drive is designed for protection class IP65. The servo motor consists of 2 power stages. The built-in Sin/Cos Hiperface absolute encoder is implemented as a multiturn with 16 periods per revolution (32768 points/rev x 4096 revolutions). There is no holding brake present.
