This integrated servo drive offers you a modular concept consisting of a drive unit, control unit, and connection modules that are assembled according to the respective applications. The BMI drive unit comprises the actual servo motor and the associated power stage. The maximum holding torque of the servo motor is 4.99 Nm. A three-phase power connection with 208-480 VAC powers the servo, for which the power connection module VW3M9003 is required. For mounting, the dimensions of the motor flange are 100 mm. The end of the motor shaft is equipped with a keyway and the entire drive is designed for protection class IP65. The servo motor is composed of 2 power stages. The built-in Sin/Cos Hiperface absolute encoder is designed as a single turn with 128 periods per revolution (131072 points/rev). A holding brake is integrated.
