This integrated servo drive offers you a modular concept of a drive unit, control unit, and connection modules that are assembled according to the respective applications. This BMI drive unit consists of the actual servo motor and the associated power stage. The maximum static torque of the servo motor is 4.99 Nm. A three-phase power supply with 208-480 VAC powers the servo, which requires the VW3M9003 power supply module. For mounting, the dimensions of the motor flange are 100 mm. The motor shaft end features a keyway and is designed for protection class IP54, while the motor housing is designed for IP65. The servo motor is composed of 2 power stages. The built-in Sin/Cos Hiperface absolute encoder is executed as a multiturn with 16 periods per revolution (32768 pts/rev x 4096 revolutions). A holding brake is integrated.
