Description
The integrated servo drive unit Lexium 32i. This integrated servo drive offers you a modular concept consisting of a drive unit, control unit, and connection modules, which can be combined according to the respective applications. This BMI drive unit consists of the actual servo motor and the associated power stage. The maximum static torque of the servo motor is 2.24 Nm. A single-phase power connection with 110-120/200-240 VAC powers the servo, requiring the power connection module VW3M9001. The dimensions of the motor flange for mounting are 70 mm. The end of the motor shaft is smooth and designed for protection class IP54, while the motor housing is designed for IP65. The servo motor is composed of 2 power stages. The built-in sin/cos Hiperface absolute encoder is designed as a multiturn with 16 periods per revolution (32768 counts/rev x 4096 revolutions). A holding brake is integrated.
