This integrated servo drive offers you a modular concept of drive unit, control unit, and connection modules, which are put together according to the respective applications. The BMI drive unit consists of the actual servo motor and the associated power stage. The maximum static torque of the servo motor is 2.24 Nm. A three-phase power connection with 208-480 VAC powers the servo, which requires the power supply module VW3M9003. For mounting, the motor flange measures 70 mm. The end of the motor shaft has a keyway and the entire drive is designed for the protection class IP65. The servo motor is composed of 2 power levels. The built-in Sin/Cos Hiperface absolute encoder is executed as a single turn with 16 periods per revolution (32768 points/rev). A holding brake is integrated.
