The BMH servo motor from the Lexium 32 servo drive series. The BMH series of three-phase AC servo motors features a medium rotor moment of inertia and is perfectly suited for high-load applications. Thanks to winding technology, it achieves a very high power density in a compact design. This servo has a nominal continuous standstill torque of 88 Nm and reaches a peak torque of 330 Nm. Its rated speed depending on the supply voltage is up to 2000 rpm. It has a voltage-dependent rated power of up to 9.4 kW. The integrated encoder is realized as a multiturn with 128 periods/revolution (128x1024x4096) as SinCos Hiperface. The electrical connection is made via M40 and M23 connectors, angled by 90 degrees and rotatable. For mounting, the motor flange is 205 mm. The drive shaft has a diameter of 38 mm. The shaft end is designed as a woodruff key and is compliant with the IP65 protection class. The motor casing corresponds to the protection class IP65. A holding brake is integrated.
