The BMH servo motor from the Lexium 32 servo drive series. The BMH series of three-phase AC servo motors has a medium rotor moment of inertia and is perfectly adapted for applications with high loads. Thanks to the winding technology, a very high power density is achieved in a compact design. This servo has a nominal continuous standstill torque of 88 Nm and achieves a peak torque of 330 Nm. Depending on the supply voltage, its rated speed is up to 2000 rpm. The voltage-dependent rated power is up to 9.4 kW. The built-in encoder is designed as a single-turn with 128 periods per revolution (128x1024) as a SinCos Hiperface. The electrical connection is made via connectors M40 and M23, angled by 90° and rotatable. For mounting, the motor flange measures 205 mm. The drive shaft has a diameter of 38 mm. The shaft end is designed as a keyed shaft and is compliant with the protection rating IP65. The motor housing meets the protection rating IP65. There is no holding brake present. For the operation of the synchronous motor, the servo amplifiers of the Lexium series LXM32 are recommended.
