The BMH servo motor series from the Lexium 32 servo drive range. The BMH series of three-phase AC servo motors features a medium rotor moment of inertia and is perfectly adapted for applications with high loads. Thanks to the winding technology, a very high power density is achieved in a compact design. This servo has a nominal continuous stall torque of 65 Nm and reaches a peak torque of 195 Nm. Its nominal speed depends on the supply voltage and can be up to 2000 rpm. This results in a voltage-dependent nominal power of up to 7.75 kW. The built-in encoder is designed as a multiturn with 128 periods/revolution (128x1024x4096) as SinCos Hiperface. The electrical connection is made via connectors M40 and M23, angled at 90° and rotatable. The motor flange for mounting is 190 mm. The drive shaft has a diameter of 38 mm. The shaft end is designed as a keyway and conforms to protection class IP65. The motor housing is also rated at IP65. A holding brake is integrated. For the operation of the synchronous motor, the Lexium series LXM32 servo amplifiers are recommended.
