Servo motor BMH of the Lexium 32 servo drive series. The BMH series of three-phase AC servo motors features a medium rotor moment of inertia and is perfectly adapted for applications with high loads. Thanks to the winding technology, a very high power density is achieved in a compact design. This servo has a nominal continuous stall torque of 30 Nm and achieves a peak torque of 90 Nm. Its rated speed depends on the supply voltage and can go up to 3000 rpm. There results a voltage-dependent rated power of up to 5.18 kW. The built-in encoder is designed as a single turn with 128 periods/revolution (128x1024) as SinCos Hiperface. The electrical connection is made via connectors M40 and M23, angled and rotatable by 90°. The motor flange measures 190 mm for mounting. The drive shaft has a diameter of 38 mm. The shaft end is designed as a woodruff key and conforms to the protection class IP65. The motor housing corresponds to the protection class IP65. A holding brake is integrated. For the operation of the synchronous motor, the servo amplifiers of the Lexium series LXM32 are recommended.
