The BMH servomotor from the Lexium 32 servo drive series. The BMH range of three-phase AC servomotors is characterized by a medium rotor moment of inertia and is perfectly adapted for applications with high loads. Thanks to the winding technology, there is a very high power density in a compact design. This servo has a nominal continuous standstill torque of 9.0 Nm and achieves a maximum torque of 27.0 Nm. Its rated speed reaches up to 5000 rpm, depending on the supply voltage. A voltage-dependent rated power of up to 2500 W results. The built-in encoder is designed as a multiturn with 128 periods/revolution (128x1024x4096) as SinCos Hiperface. The electrical connection is made via 2x M23 connectors, angled at 90° and rotatable. The motor flange for mounting is 100 mm. The drive shaft has a diameter of 19 mm. The shaft end is designed as a keyway and conforms to protection class IP65. The motor housing meets protection class IP65. A holding brake is integrated. For operating the synchronous motor, the Lexium series LXM32 servo amplifiers are recommended.
