BMH series servo motor of the Lexium 32 servo drives range. The BMH series of three-phase AC servo motors has a medium rotor inertia and is perfectly adapted for applications with high loads. Thanks to the winding technology, a very high power density is achieved in a compact design. This servo has a rated continuous torque of 6.1 Nm and achieves a peak torque of 18.3 Nm. Its rated speed, depending on the supply voltage, is up to 3500 rpm. The voltage-dependent rated power goes up to 1760 W. The built-in encoder is designed as a multi-turn with 16 periods/revolution (16x1024x4096) in SinCos Hiperface layout. The electrical connection is made via 2x M23 connectors, angled at 90° and rotatable. For mounting, the motor flange is 100 mm. The drive shaft has a diameter of 19 mm. The shaft end is smooth and in accordance with protection class IP65. The motor housing also meets protection class IP65. There is no holding brake present. For operating the synchronous motor, the Lexium series LXM32 servo controllers are recommended.
