The BMH servo motor from the Lexium 32 range of servo drives. The BMH series of three-phase AC servo motors features a medium rotor inertia and is perfectly suited for high-load applications. Thanks to the winding technology, a very high power density is achieved in a compact design. This servo has a nominal continuous standstill torque of 6.1 Nm and reaches a peak torque of 18.3 Nm. Its nominal speed is up to 3500 rpm depending on the supply voltage. A voltage-dependent nominal power of up to 1760 W can be achieved. The built-in encoder is implemented as a multiturn with 16 periods/revolution (16x1024x4096) as SinCos Hiperface. The electrical connection is made via 2x M23 connectors angled and rotatable by 90 degrees. The motor flange for mounting is 100 mm. The drive shaft has a diameter of 19 mm. The shaft end is designed as a Woodruff key and conforms to protection class IP54. The motor housing meets the protection class IP65. An integrated holding brake is included. For the operation of the synchronous motor, the Lexium series LXM32 servo amplifiers are recommended.
