Lexium 32-series servo motors BMH. The BMH range of three-phase AC servo motors features a medium rotor inertia moment and is perfectly adapted for applications with high loads. Thanks to the winding technology, a very high power density is achieved in a compact design. This servo has a nominal continuous stall torque of 6.1 Nm and can reach a peak torque of 18.3 Nm. Its rated speed is up to 3500 rpm, depending on the supply voltage. The result is a voltage-dependent rated power of up to 1760 W. The built-in encoder is designed as a single turn with 16 periods/revolution (16x1024) as SinCos Hiperface. The electrical connection is made via 2x M23 connectors, angled at 90 degrees and rotatable. For mounting, the motor flange is 100 mm. The drive shaft has a diameter of 19 mm. The shaft end is designed with a keyway and complies with protection class IP54. The motor housing corresponds to the protection class IP65. There is no holding brake present. For the operation of the synchronous motor, the Lexium series LXM32 servo amplifiers are recommended.
