Description
The BMH servo motor from the Lexium 32 servo drive series. The BMH series of three-phase AC servo motors features medium rotor inertia and is perfectly suited for high-load applications. Due to the winding technology, it has a very high power density in a compact design. This servo has a nominal continuous stall torque of 6.1 Nm and achieves a peak torque of 18.3 Nm. Its rated speed depends on the supply voltage and can reach up to 3500 rpm. It results in a voltage-dependent rated power up to 1760 W. The built-in encoder is designed as a multi-turn with 128 periods/revolution (128x1024x4096) as SinCos Hiperface. The electrical connection is made via connectors 2x M23 in a straight design. For mounting, the motor flange is 100 mm. The drive shaft has a diameter of 19 mm. The shaft end is designed as a keyway and conforms to protection class IP54. The motor housing corresponds to protection class IP65. There is no holding brake. The LXM32 series of servo amplifiers are recommended for operating the synchronous motor.
