The BMH servo motor from the Lexium 32 servo drive series. The BMH series of three-phase AC servo motors has a medium rotor moment of inertia and is perfectly adapted for applications with high loads. Thanks to the winding technology, there is a very high power density in a compact design. This servo has a nominal continuous stall torque of 6.1 Nm and reaches a peak torque of 18.3 Nm. Its nominal speed depends on the supply voltage and can go up to 3500 rpm. This results in a voltage-dependent nominal power of up to 1760 W. The built-in encoder is designed as single-turn with 128 periods/revolution (128x1024) as SinCos Hiperface. The electrical connection is made via 2x M23 connectors in a straight design. The motor flange for mounting is 100 mm. The drive shaft has a diameter of 19 mm. The shaft end is smooth and complies with IP54 protection class. The motor housing complies with the IP65 protection class. There is no holding brake present. For operating the synchronous motor, the Lexium series LXM32 servo amplifiers are recommended.
