Description
The BMH Servo Motor is part of the Lexium 32 Series of servo drives. The BMH series of three-phase AC servo motors is characterized by a medium rotor inertia moment and is perfectly adapted for high-load applications. Thanks to the winding technology, there is a very high power density in a compact design. This servo has a nominal continuous stall torque of 6.0 Nm and achieves a peak torque of 18.0 Nm. Its rated speed depends on the supply voltage and can go up to 5000 RPM. A voltage-dependent rated power up to 2270 W is possible. The built-in encoder is executed as a Multiturn with 16 periods/revolution (16x1024x4096) as SinCos Hiperface. The electrical connection is made via 2x M23 connectors in a straight configuration. For mounting, the motor flange is 100 mm. The drive shaft has a diameter of 19 mm. The shaft end is designed as a keyway and conforms to the protection class IP65. The motor housing is also IP65 rated. There is no holding brake. For the operation of the synchronous motor, the Lexium Series LXM32 servo amplifiers are recommended.
