The Lexium 32 series BMH servo motor is part of the three-phase AC servo motors range featuring medium rotor moment of inertia, perfectly suited for applications with high loads. Thanks to the winding technology, it delivers a very high power density in a compact design. This servo has a nominal continuous stall torque of 6.0 Nm and achieves a peak torque of 18.0 Nm. Depending on the power supply voltage, its rated speed goes up to 5000 rpm. The voltage-dependent rated power is up to 2270 W. The built-in encoder is designed as a single turn with 16 periods per revolution (16x1024) implemented as SinCos Hiperface. The electrical connection is made through 2x M23 connectors, angled at 90 degrees and rotatable. The motor flange for mounting is 100 mm in diameter. The drive shaft has a diameter of 19 mm. The shaft end complies with the keyway and the protection type IP65. The motor housing is also designed according to the protection type IP65. An integrated holding brake is included.
