Servo motor BMH of the Lexium 32 servo drive series. The BMH range of three-phase AC servo motors features a medium rotor moment of inertia and is perfectly adapted for applications with high loads. Thanks to the winding technology, a very high power density is achieved in a compact design. This servo has a nominal continuous stall torque of 6.0 Nm and achieves a peak torque of 18.0 Nm. Its rated speed is up to 5000 rpm depending on the supply voltage. The voltage-dependent rated power is up to 2270 W. The built-in encoder is designed as single turn with 16 periods per revolution (16x1024) as SinCos Hiperface. The electrical connection is made through 2x M23 connectors, angled at 90 degrees and rotatable. For mounting, the motor flange is 100 mm. The drive shaft has a diameter of 19 mm. The shaft end is designed as a keyway and complies with protection class IP54. The motor housing corresponds to protection class IP65. A holding brake is integrated. For the operation of the synchronous motor, the Lexium series LXM32 servo amplifiers are recommended.
