Servo motor BMH from the Lexium 32 servo drive range. The BMH series of three-phase AC servo motors features a medium rotor inertia and is perfectly adapted for applications with high loads. Thanks to the winding technology, a very high power density is achieved in a compact design. This servo has a nominal continuous stall torque of 6.0 Nm and reaches a peak torque of 18.0 Nm. Its rated speed, depending on the supply voltage, is up to 5000 RPM. The resulting voltage-dependent rated power is up to 2270 W. The built-in encoder is executed as a multiturn with 128 periods/revolution (128x1024x4096) as SinCos Hiperface. The electrical connection is made via 2x M23 connectors, angled at 90° and rotatable. For mounting, the motor flange is 100 mm. The drive shaft has a diameter of 19 mm. The shaft end is designed as a keyed shaft and is compliant with the IP54 protection class. The motor housing corresponds to the IP65 protection class. A holding brake is integrated. For operating the synchronous motor, the Lexium series LXM32 servo amplifiers are recommended.
