BMH series servo motor in the Lexium 32 range of servo drives. The BMH series of three-phase AC servo motors feature a medium rotor inertia moment and are perfectly adapted for applications with high loads. Thanks to the winding technology, there is a very high power density in a compact design. This servo has a nominal continuous stall torque of 6.0 Nm and can achieve a peak torque of 18.0 Nm. Its rated speed is up to 5000 rpm depending on the supply voltage. The resulting nominal power is voltage-dependent up to 2270 W. The built-in encoder is implemented as a single turn with 128 periods/revolution (128x1024) as SinCos Hiperface. The electrical connection is made via connectors 2x M23, angled at 90° and rotatable. For mounting, the motor flange is 100 mm. The drive shaft has a diameter of 19 mm. The shaft end is designed as a keyed shaft and conforms to the protection class IP54. The motor housing corresponds to the protection class IP65. There is no holding brake present. For the operation of the synchronous motor, the servo amplifiers of the Lexium series LXM32 are recommended.
