The BMH servomotor from the Lexium 32 series of servo drives. The BMH series of three-phase AC servo motors feature a medium rotor moment of inertia and are perfectly adapted for applications with high loads. Thanks to winding technology, it results in very high power density in a compact design. This servo has a nominal continuous stall torque of 6.0 Nm and achieves a peak torque of 18.0 Nm. Its rated speed is up to 5000 rpm depending on the supply voltage. There is a voltage-dependent rated power up to 2270 W. The built-in encoder is designed as single-turn with 128 periods/revolution (128x1024) as SinCos Hiperface. The electrical connection is made via 2x M23 connectors in a straight version. For mounting, the motor flange is 100 mm. The drive shaft has a diameter of 19 mm. The shaft end is designed as keyed and compliant with the protection rating IP54. The motor housing corresponds to the protection class IP65. There is no holding brake present. For the operation of the synchronous motor, the servo amplifiers of the Lexium series LXM32 are recommended.
