Description
The BMH series of the Lexium 32 servo drives consists of three-phase AC servo motors featuring medium rotor inertia, perfectly suited for high-load applications. Thanks to winding technology, a very high power density is achieved in a compact design. This servo has a nominal continuous stall torque of 6.0 Nm and reaches a peak torque of 18.0 Nm. Depending on the supply voltage, its rated speed is up to 5000 rpm, resulting in a voltage-dependent rated power of up to 2270 W. The built-in encoder is designed as a multiturn with 16 periods/revolution (16x1024x4096) as a SinCos Hiperface. The electrical connection is made via 2x M23 connectors, angled at 90 degrees and rotatable. The motor flange for mounting is 100 mm. The drive shaft has a diameter of 19 mm. The shaft end is smooth and conforms to IP54 protection. The motor housing is rated as IP65 protection. There is no holding brake present. For the operation of the synchronous motor, the use of Lexium series LXM32 servo amplifiers is recommended.
