The BMH servomotor from the Lexium 32 series of servo drives. The BMH series of three-phase AC servomotors features a medium rotor inertia and is perfectly adapted for applications with high loads. Thanks to the winding technology, there is a very high power density in a compact design. This servo has a nominal continuous stall torque of 6.0 Nm and achieves a peak torque of 18.0 Nm. Its rated speed reaches up to 5000 rpm depending on the supply voltage. A voltage-dependent rated power of up to 2270 W results. The built-in encoder is designed as a single-turn with 16 periods/revolution (16x1024) as SinCos Hiperface. The electrical connection is made via 2x M23 connectors, angled at 90° and rotatable. For mounting, the motor flange measures 100 mm. The drive shaft has a diameter of 19 mm. The shaft end is smooth and complies with the IP54 protection rating. The motor housing corresponds to the IP65 protection level. A holding brake is integrated. For the operation of the synchronous motor, the servo amplifiers of the Lexium series LXM32 are recommended.
