Description
The BMH series of the Lexium 32 servo drives comprises three-phase AC servo motors with a medium rotor moment of inertia, perfectly adapted for applications with high loads. Thanks to the winding technology, a very high power density is achieved in a compact design. This servo has a nominal continuous stall torque of 3.4 Nm and achieves a peak torque of 10.2 Nm. Its rated speed is up to 4000 rpm depending on the supply voltage, resulting in a voltage-dependent rated power of up to 1200 W. The built-in encoder is designed as a single turn with 128 periods per revolution (128x1024) as SinCos Hiperface. The electrical connection is made via connectors 2x M23, angled at 90° and rotatable. The motor flange for mounting is 100 mm. The drive shaft has a diameter of 19 mm, the shaft end is designed as a keyway and conforms to IP65 protection type. The motor housing meets IP65 protection type. A holding brake is integrated. For operating the synchronous motor, the servo amplifiers of the Lexium series LXM32 are recommended.
