The BMH series servo motor belongs to the Lexium 32 series of servo drives. This three-phase AC servo motor range has a medium rotor inertia and is optimally adapted for applications with high loads. Thanks to the winding technology, a very high power density is achieved in a compact design. This servo boasts a nominal continuous stall torque of 3.4 Nm and achieves a peak torque of 10.2 Nm. Its rated speed reaches up to 4000 rpm, depending on the supply voltage. It has a voltage-dependent rated power of up to 1200 W. The built-in encoder is designed as a multiturn with 128 periods/revolution (128x1024x4096) as a SinCos Hiperface. The electrical connection is made via 2x M23 connectors, rotated at 90 degrees and rotatable. The motor flange for mounting measures 100 mm. The drive shaft has a diameter of 19 mm. The shaft end is smooth and conforms to IP65. The motor housing is also in accordance with IP65. An integrated holding brake is included. The Lexium series LXM32 servo amplifiers are recommended for the operation of the synchronous motor.
