Description

The BMH servo motor from the Lexium 32 servo drive range. The BMH series of three-phase AC servo motors features a medium rotor inertia and is perfectly tailored for applications with high loads. Thanks to the winding technology, a very high power density results in a compact design. This servo has a nominal continuous stall torque of 3.4 Nm and achieves a peak torque of 10.2 Nm. Its rated speed, depending on the supply voltage, is up to 4000 rpm. This results in a voltage-dependent rated power of up to 1200 W. The built-in encoder is designed as a multiturn with 128 periods/revolution (128x1024x4096) as SinCos Hiperface. The electrical connection is made via connectors 2x M23, angled at 90 degrees and rotatable. For mounting, the motor flange is 100 mm. The drive shaft has a diameter of 19 mm. The shaft end is designed with a keyway and conforms to the protection rating IP54. The motor housing corresponds to IP65 protection rating. A holding brake is integrated. For operation of the synchronous motor, we recommend the Lexium series LXM32 servo amplifiers.
