Description

The BMH servo motor from the Lexium 32 servo drive series. The BMH series of three-phase AC servo motors has a medium rotor inertia moment and is perfectly suited for applications with high loads. Thanks to winding technology, there is a very high power density in a compact design. This servo has a nominal continuous standstill torque of 3.4 Nm and achieves a peak torque of 10.2 Nm. Its nominal speed is up to 4000 rpm, depending on the supply voltage. A voltage-dependent nominal output of up to 1200 W is achieved. The built-in encoder is designed as a multiturn with 128 periods/revolution (128x1024x4096) as SinCos Hiperface. The electrical connection is made via 2x M23 connectors, angled at 90° and rotatable. The motor flange for mounting is 100 mm. The drive shaft has a diameter of 19 mm. The shaft end is smooth and complies with the IP54 protection class. The motor housing corresponds to the protection class IP65. A holding brake is integrated. For the operation of the synchronous motor, the LXM32 series servo amplifiers from the Lexium range are recommended.
