Description
The servo motor BMH from the Lexium 32 series of servo drives features a medium rotor moment of inertia and is perfectly adapted for high-load applications. Thanks to the winding technology, a very high power density is achieved in a compact design. This servo has a nominal continuous stall torque of 3.4 Nm and can reach a peak torque of 10.2 Nm. Its rated speed depends on the supply voltage and can go up to 5000 RPM. The voltage-dependent rated power can be up to 1520 W. The built-in encoder is multiturn with 16 periods/revolution (16x1024x4096) executed as SinCos Hiperface. The electrical connection is made via 2x M23 connectors in a straight design. For mounting, the motor flange is 100 mm. The drive shaft has a diameter of 19 mm. The shaft end is smooth and conforms to the IP65 protection class. The motor housing also complies with the IP65 protection class. There is no holding brake present. For the operation of the synchronous motor, the servo amplifiers of the Lexium series LXM32 are recommended.
