Servo motor BMH of the Lexium 32 servo drive series. The BMH series, of three-phase AC servo motors, features a medium rotor moment of inertia and is perfectly adapted for applications with high loads. Thanks to the winding technology, a very high power density is achieved in a compact design. This servo has a nominal continuos standstill torque of 3.4 Nm and reaches a peak torque of 10.2 Nm. Its rated speed, depending on the supply voltage, is up to 5000 RPM. The voltage-dependent rated power is up to 1520 W. The built-in encoder is designed as single-turn with 16 periods/revolution (16x1024) as SinCos Hiperface. The electrical connection is made via connectors 2x M23, angled at 90° and rotatable. For mounting, the motor flange is 100 mm. The drive shaft has a diameter of 19 mm. The shaft end is smooth and compliant with the protection class IP54. The motor housing corresponds to the protection class IP65. There is no holding brake present. For the operation of the synchronous motor, the servo amplifiers of the Lexium series LXM32 are recommended.
