Description
The BMH servo motor is part of the Lexium 32 range of servo drives. The BMH range of three-phase AC servo motors features a medium level of rotor inertia and is perfectly suited for high-load applications. Thanks to the winding technology, a very high power density in a compact design is achieved. This servo has a nominal continuous stall torque of 3.4 Nm and reaches a peak torque of 10.2 Nm. Its rated speed depends on the supply voltage and can go up to 5000 rpm. The voltage-dependent rated power goes up to 1520 W. The built-in encoder is single turn with 128 periods/revolution (128x1024) in SinCos Hiperface design. The electrical connection is made via 2x M23 connectors in a straight version. The motor flange for mounting is 100 mm. The drive shaft has a diameter of 19 mm, with the shaft end being smooth and conforming to the IP54 protection class. The motor housing complies with the IP65 protection class. There is no holding brake. For operating this synchronous motor, we recommend the Lexium series LXM32 servo amplifiers.
