Servo motor BMH from the Lexium 32 servo drive series. The BMH range of three-phase AC servo motors features a medium rotor moment of inertia and is perfectly suited for applications with high loads. Thanks to the winding technology, a very high power density is achieved in a compact design. This servo has a nominal continuous standstill torque of 3.4 Nm and achieves a peak torque of 10.2 Nm. Its nominal speed ranges up to 6500 rpm depending on the supply voltage. The voltage-dependent nominal power can be up to 1540 W. The built-in encoder is designed as a multiturn with 16 periods/revolution (16x1024x4096) as SinCos Hiperface. The electrical connection is via 2x M23 connectors, angled at 90° and rotatable. For mounting, the motor flange is 70 mm. The drive shaft has a diameter of 14 mm. The shaft end is designed as a feather key and conforms to the IP54 protection class. The motor housing complies with the protection class IP65. A holding brake is integrated. For the operation of the synchronous motor, the Lexium series LXM32 servo amplifiers are recommended.
