The BMH servo motor of the Lexium 32 series servo drives. The BMH series of three-phase AC servo motors features a medium rotor moment of inertia and is perfectly adapted for applications with high loads. Thanks to the winding technology, a very high power density is achieved in a compact design. This servo has a nominal continuous standstill torque of 3.4 Nm and achieves a peak torque of 10.2 Nm. Its rated speed depends on the supply voltage and can be up to 6500 RPM. A voltage-dependent rated power of up to 1540 W is achieved. The built-in encoder is designed as Multiturn with 16 periods/revolution (16x1024x4096) as SinCos Hiperface. The electrical connection is made via 2x M23 connectors, angled at 90° and rotatable. For mounting, the motor flange is 70 mm. The drive shaft diameter is 14 mm. The shaft end is designed as a feather key and conforms to protection class IP54. The motor housing corresponds to protection class IP65. There is no holding brake present. The servo amplifiers of the Lexium LXM32 series are recommended for operating the synchronous motor.
