Servo motor BMH of the Lexium 32 servo drive series. The BMH series of three-phase AC servo motors features medium rotor inertia and is perfectly adapted for high-load applications. Thanks to the winding technology, a very high power density is achieved in a compact design. This servo has a nominal permanent standstill torque of 3.4 Nm and achieves a peak torque of 10.2 Nm. Its rated speed is up to 6500 rpm, depending on the supply voltage, resulting in a voltage-dependent rated power of up to 1540 W. The built-in encoder is designed as a single turn with 128 periods/revolution (128x1024) as a SinCos Hiperface. The electrical connection is made via 2x M23 connectors, angled at 90 degrees and rotatable. For mounting, the motor flange is 70 mm. The drive shaft has a diameter of 14 mm. The shaft end is designed as a woodruff key and conforms to the protection class IP54. The motor housing is rated to the protection class IP65. There is no holding brake. For operating the synchronous motor, the Lexium series LXM32 servo amplifiers are recommended.
