Description
The BMH servo motor from the Lexium 32 series of servo drives. The BMH series of three-phase AC servo motors features a medium rotor moment of inertia and is perfectly adapted for applications with high loads. Thanks to the winding technology, there is a very high power density in a compact design. This servo has a nominal continuous standstill torque of 3.4 Nm and achieves a peak torque of 10.2 Nm. Depending on the supply voltage, its rated speed is up to 6500 rpm. It results in a voltage-dependent rated power up to 1540 W. The built-in encoder is designed as a multiturn with 128 periods/revolution (128x1024x4096) as SinCos Hiperface. The electrical connection is made via 2x M23 connectors, angled at 90 degrees and rotatable. The motor flange for mounting measures 70 mm. The drive shaft has a diameter of 14 mm. The shaft end is smooth and conforms to protection class IP54. The motor housing is rated IP65. There is no holding brake. For operation of the synchronous motor, the Lexium series LXM32 servo amplifiers are recommended.
