The BMH servo motor series from the Lexium 32 servo drives range. The BMH series of three-phase AC servo motors features medium rotor inertia and is perfectly suited for high-load applications. Thanks to the winding technology, a very high power density is achieved in a compact design. This servo has a rated continuous stall torque of 2.48 Nm and reaches a peak torque of 7.44 Nm. Its rated speed is up to 5000 rpm, depending on the supply voltage. This results in a voltage-dependent rated power of up to 1080 W. The built-in encoder is designed as a single turn with 128 periods/revolution (128x1024) in SinCos Hiperface format. The electrical connection is made via connectors 2x M23, angled by 90° and rotatable. For mounting, the motor flange is 70 mm. The drive shaft has a diameter of 11 mm. The shaft end is smooth and complies with the IP65 protection rating. The motor housing also corresponds to the IP65 protection class. There is no holding brake. The LXM32 series servo amplifiers are recommended for the operation of the synchronous motor.
