Description
The BMH servomotor from the Lexium 32 servo drive series. The BMH series of three-phase AC servo motors has a medium rotor moment of inertia and is perfectly adapted for applications with high loads. Due to the winding technology, there is a very high power density in a compact design. This servo has a nominal continuous stall torque of 2.48 Nm and achieves a peak torque of 7.44 Nm. Its rated speed is up to 5000 rpm depending on the supply voltage. A voltage-dependent nominal output of up to 1080 W results. The built-in encoder is implemented as a single turn with 16 periods per revolution (16x1024) as SinCos Hiperface. The electrical connection is made via 2x M23 connectors, angled at 90° and rotatable. The mounting flange of the motor is 70 mm. The drive shaft has a diameter of 11 mm. The end of the shaft is smooth and compliant with the IP54 protection class. The motor housing corresponds to the protection class IP65. There is no holding brake. For the operation of the synchronous motor, the LXM32 series of servo amplifiers from Lexium is recommended.
