Description
Servo motor BMH series for Lexium 32 servo drives. The BMH series of three-phase AC servo motors features a medium rotor moment of inertia and is perfectly adapted for high load applications. Thanks to the winding technology, there is a very high power density in a compact design. This servo has a nominal continuous standstill torque of 2.48 Nm and achieves a peak torque of 7.44 Nm. Its rated speed, depending on the supply voltage, goes up to 5000 RPM. It yields a voltage-dependent nominal power up to 1080 W. The built-in encoder is a multiturn with 128 periods/revolution (128x1024x4096) executed as SinCos Hiperface. The electrical connection is made via 2x M23 connectors, angled at 90° and rotatable. For mounting, the motor flange is 70 mm. The drive shaft has a diameter of 11 mm. The shaft end is smooth and complies with IP54 protection. The motor housing corresponds to the protection type IP65. There is no holding brake present. For the operation of the synchronous motor, the Lexium series LXM32 servo amplifiers are recommended.
