The BMH servo motor from the Lexium 32 series of servo drives. The BMH series of three-phase AC servo motors features a medium rotor inertia and is perfectly adapted for applications with high loads. Thanks to the winding technology, a very high power density is achieved in a compact design. This servo has a nominal continuous stall torque of 2.48 Nm and achieves a peak torque of 7.44 Nm. Its rated speed depends on the power supply voltage and can reach up to 7000 rpm. A voltage-dependent rated power of up to 1380 W is achieved. The built-in encoder is designed as single-turn with 16 periods/revolution (16x1024) as SinCos Hiperface. The electrical connection is made via connectors 2x M23, angled at 90 degrees and rotatable. For mounting, the motor flange is 70 mm. The drive shaft has a diameter of 11 mm. The shaft end is designed as a keyway and conforms to the protection class IP65. The motor housing is rated at IP65. There is no holding brake present. The LXM32 series of Lexium servo amplifiers is recommended for the operation of the synchronous motor.
