The BMH series of the Lexium 32 servo drives servo motor. The BMH series of three-phase AC servo motors has a medium rotor moment of inertia and is perfectly adapted for applications with high loads. Thanks to the winding technology, a very high power density is achieved in a compact design. This servo has a nominal continuous standstill torque of 2.48 Nm and reaches a peak torque of 7.44 Nm. Its rated speed is up to 7000 rpm, depending on the supply voltage. This results in a voltage-dependent rated power of up to 1380 W. The built-in encoder is designed as a multiturn with 16 periods/revolution (16x1024x4096) as SinCos Hiperface. The electrical connection is made via 2x M23 connectors, angled by 90° and rotatable. For mounting, the motor flange is 70 mm. The drive shaft has a diameter of 11 mm. The shaft end is designed as a feather key and conforms to protection rating IP54. The motor housing meets the protection rating IP65. There is no holding brake present. For the operation of the synchronous motor, the servo amplifiers of the Lexium series LXM32 are recommended.
