The BMH servo motor from the Lexium 32 servo drive range. The BMH series of three-phase AC servo motors is characterized by a medium rotor inertia moment and is perfectly adapted for applications with high loads. Thanks to the winding technology, a very high power density is achieved in a compact design. This servo has a nominal continuous standstill torque of 2.48 Nm and achieves a peak torque of 7.44 Nm. Its rated speed depends on the supply voltage and can reach up to 7000 rpm. This results in a voltage-dependent rated power of up to 1380 W. The built-in encoder is designed as a multiturn with 128 periods/revolution (128x1024x4096) in SinCos Hiperface format. The electrical connection is made via 2x M23 connectors, angled at 90° and rotatable. For mounting, the motor flange is 70 mm. The drive shaft has a diameter of 11 mm. The end of the shaft is designed with a keyway and conforms to the protection class IP54. The motor housing complies with the protection class IP65. There is no holding brake present.
