Description
The BMH servo motor of the Lexium 32 range of servo drives is a three-phase AC servo motor with a medium rotor inertia and is perfectly suited for high-load applications. Thanks to the winding technology, it has a very high power density in a compact design. This servo motor has a nominal continuous stall torque of 1.4 Nm and can achieve a peak torque of 4.2 Nm. Its nominal speed is up to 5000 rpm, depending on the supply voltage, with a voltage-dependent nominal output of up to 680 W. The integrated encoder is single-turn with 16 periods/revolution (16x1024) as a SinCos Hiperface. The electrical connection is via 2x M23 connectors, angled at 90° and rotatable. The motor flange is 70 mm for mounting reasons. The drive shaft has a diameter of 11 mm. The shaft end is designed as a woodruff key and complies with the IP65 protection standard. The motor housing meets the IP65 protection standard as well. There is no holding brake. For operating the synchronous motor, the LXM32 series servo amplifiers from the Lexium range are recommended.
