Description
The BMH servo motor from the Lexium 32-servo drive series. The BMH series of three-phase AC servo motors feature a medium rotor inertia and are perfectly suited for applications with high loads. Thanks to the winding technology, a very high power density is achieved in a compact design. This servo has a nominal continuous standstill torque of 1.4 Nm and achieves a peak torque of 4.2 Nm. Its rated speed is up to 5000 rpm depending on the supply voltage. This results in a voltage-dependent rated power of up to 680 W. The built-in encoder is designed as a single-turn with 16 periods/revolution (16x1024) as a SinCos Hiperface. The electrical connection is made via 2x M23 connectors in a straight design. The motor flange is 70 mm for mounting. The drive shaft has a diameter of 11 mm. The shaft end is smooth and conforms to protection class IP65. The motor housing corresponds to protection class IP65. No holding brake is present. For operating the synchronous motor, the servo amplifiers of the Lexium series LXM32 are recommended.
