Description
The BMH servo motor from the Lexium 32 servo drive series features a medium rotor moment of inertia and is perfectly matched for applications with high loads. Thanks to the winding technology, there is a very high power density in a compact design. This servo has a nominal continuous stall torque of 1.4 Nm and achieves a peak torque of 4.2 Nm. Its rated speed depends on the supply voltage and can go up to 5000 RPM. There is a voltage-dependent nominal power of up to 680 W. The built-in encoder is a multiturn with 16 periods/revolution (16x1024x4096) implemented as SinCos Hiperface. Electrical connection is via 2x M23 connectors, angled at 90 degrees and rotatable. For mounting, the motor flange is 70 mm. The drive shaft has a diameter of 11 mm. The shaft end is smooth and conforms to IP54 protection. The motor housing is IP65 protected. An integrated holding brake is included. For operation of the synchronous motor, the Lexium series LXM32 servo amplifiers are recommended.
