Description
The BMH series servo motor from the Lexium 32 servo drive range features a medium rotor moment of inertia and is perfectly suited for high-load applications. Thanks to the winding technology, a very high power density is achieved in a compact design. This servo has a nominal continuous stall torque of 1.4 Nm and can achieve a peak torque of 4.2 Nm. Its nominal speed depends on the supply voltage and can be up to 7000 rpm. The resulting power output dependent on voltage is up to 930 W. The built-in encoder is implemented as a multiturn with 128 periods per revolution (128x1024x4096) in a SinCos Hiperface design. The electrical connection is made via 2x M23 connectors, angled at 90 degrees and rotatable. For mounting, the motor flange is 70 mm. The drive shaft has a diameter of 11 mm. The shaft end is smooth and in compliance with protection class IP54. The motor housing complies with protection class IP65. There is no holding brake. Servo amplifiers from the Lexium series LXM32 are recommended for the operation of the synchronous motor.
