The Altistart U01 is a soft start/soft stop device for 3-phase asynchronous motors. It is primarily designed for use in combination with TeSys U starter controls. It can be used for a motor with a nominal power of up to 3 kW or 3 HP for 3 phases (200V to 480V AC) and up to 6A. With a width of 45 mm, it is one of the smallest soft starters on the market. It can be installed almost anywhere. It features an integrated bypass which reduces noise levels and heat output. The protection grade is IP20. It weighs 0.34 kg and has the following dimensions: 45 mm wide, 234 mm high, 150 mm deep. The Altistart U01 is designed for the following simple applications: conveyors, pumps, fans, compressors, automatic doors and gates, small cranes, and belt-driven machines. It meets IEC/EN 60947-4-2 standards and carries UL, CSA, C-Tick, and CCC certifications as well as the CE marking. It can be easily combined with a TeSys U control using the power connector VW3G4104. It is easy to mount on a DIN rail. Altistart 01 combines simplicity with easy wiring, quick configuration, and efficiency. Reduced machinery wear and minimized maintenance times optimize operation.
