This Altistart 22 soft starter can feed three-phase asynchronous motors in a mains connection with a capacity of 17 amperes, a nominal power of 4 to 9 kilowatts, and a nominal voltage of 230 to 500VAC. This soft start/soft stop unit was designed to enable smooth starting and stopping of simple and complex machines such as centrifugal and piston pumps, fans, screw compressors, and conveying systems. It features a PTC thermistor sensor input for detecting motor overheating as well as multiple other motor monitoring functions. It also offers an integrated bypass and is compatible with the SoMove software, which enables the storing and transferring of configuration settings.
